Since the very beginning, customer service was top-notch. All of my questions were answered completely and honestly.
I never imagined that purchasing an engagement ring is so dificult, but Gold Quest Jewelers put my concerns at ease prior to my purchase. Still, I was a bit anxious awaiting my order of such a large purchase. Then after about 1 week to manufacture the ring with my selected center and side stones, it arrived via express mail... and WOW!
The ring was exactly like I imagined it to be. The craftmanship was excellent. The diamonds were brilliant. The price could not have been beat by any competitor.
